  6. Accuracy Statement

    • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that:
      • The information in your notice is accurate

Our Response Process

Upon receiving a complete notice:

  1. We will acknowledge receipt within 2 business days
  2. Review the claim for completeness and validity
  3. Remove or disable access to allegedly infringing material
  4. Notify the affected user of the removal
  5. Take appropriate action regarding repeat infringers

Important Notes

Counter-Notice Procedure

If material was removed due to a mistake or misidentification, the affected user may submit a counter-notice containing:

  1. User’s physical or electronic signature
  2. Identification of removed material and location
  3. Statement of good faith belief under penalty of perjury
  4. User’s name, address, and phone number
  5. Consent to local federal court jurisdiction
